I went in for an orthodontic consultation that was advertised as free. At no point during the visit was I informed that any additional services, including X-rays, would be billed to my insurance. A few months later, I noticed a charge had been submitted to my insurance for those X-rays. If I had been clearly informed upfront, I would have completed them with my regular dentist instead. When I raised the issue with management, I was told they could not do anything about it because the consultation is “free,” but they still need to generate revenue somehow. That explanation was very disappointing and not transparent. Patients should be clearly informed before any billable procedures are performed, even if the orthodontic consultation is advertised as free. Lack of disclosure like this leads to unexpected charges and takes away the patient’s ability to make an informed choice. After this experience, I chose to go to another orthodontist who was fully transparent and clearly explained any potential charges upfront before proceeding.

This was my first time going to this dental office and I was honestly surprised about how thorough they are with my oral health. I don't think I've ever been to a place that checked for oral cancer or even went into depth about my teeth. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Ethan was so kind and caring when taking pictures and X-rays, Fatima and Dr. Jona were very nice and informative, especially when they were going through all my teeth with me. Overall my experience was great and I'll for sure be permanently switching over. ☺️

The Dental Store was a saving grace when I was in excruciating pain and they were able to see me same day and take me on as a new patient. The front desk is quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. Dr. Jona was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail of what I needed done and then were open and honest about pricing. I was referred out to an Endodontist and came back for my crowns. Dr. Jona called several times to check in on me and see how my treatment was going. Her and her assistant made my appts very comfortable. Everyone in the office is very kind and accommodating. Happy I discovered a great new dental office!

Update - due to negligence. I lost the tooth. I really wanted this office to work out, I even considered it to be a Dental home,but unfortunately my experience declined quickly. I initially came in for an emergency appointment over Christmas and at first the office seemed friendly and accommodating. One bright spot was the hygienist, who even texted to check on me afterward — that level of care was truly appreciated. However, after that, my experience became frustrating. I felt like I was passed between multiple providers without clear answers or a consistent treatment plan. Communication seemed disorganized, and at times I felt dismissed rather than supported. I received mixed guidance about my infection and antibiotics, and when I was referred to Endo but couldn’t get scheduled quickly, I was left to find care elsewhere. Because of this, I am uncertain of my future plan, and what it will consist of, but I have a long road ahead. They advertise having everything “under one roof,” but it didn’t feel like the providers were aligned or communicating with each other. My advice would be to advocate for yourself and seek second opinions if needed. I had hoped for a smoother, more c

It was my first time in this office. They staff was professional and welcoming. The X-ray tech was wonderful and talented. The dental assistant was great at her job. I had a dentist that works two days in the office and he was wonderful. What a great first experience in your office. Thank you!
